To get a star signal with useful contrast the integration time was increased to multiple times of the normal essential value. Additional the gain was reduced. In this way the star was visible in the bright background. Target star 2UCAC 22814920, +12.9mag, 18deg Elevation. Faintest object visible on live video fields (It=640ms) was target star. Only Clear glass filter (Astronomik) for CCD protection was used. Video evaluation accomplished with VirtualDub1.8.6, AviSynth2.5 and Limovie0.9.29b No occultation detected (It=640ms) 3-D Position and timing Garmin GPS18x LVC Receiving 09 satellites Horizontal Dilution of Precision 1.0 Geoidal separation 44.5m (Altitude 557.2MSL + 44.5 = 601.7 m in WGS84 datum) Gerhard Dangl gerhard@dangl.at www.dangl.at/ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+
