The estimated drop of 0.5mag was not a typical total ON/OFF situation. So to get a good S/N-ratio a relativ long integration time of 640ms had to be chosen. Additional a linear camera response with Gamma=OFF=1 was set. Only Clear glass filter (Astronomik) for CCD protection was used. Video evaluation accomplished with VirtualDub 1.9.7 and Tangra v1.2.0.373 Predicted event time was 19:30:47 UTC for my observing position. Predicted maximum duration was 3.3 seconds with a 0.5mag drop. Position was 136km from predicted central line in SW direction between path edge and 1-sigma line with a probability of 21.9%. No occultation event detected (It=640ms). 3-D Position and timing Garmin GPS18x LVC Receiving 09 satellites Horizontal Dilution of Precision 0.9 Geoidal separation 44.5m (Altitude 547.9MSL + 44.5 = 592.4 m in WGS84 datum) Gerhard Dangl gerhard@dangl.at www.dangl.at/ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+
